Digital Lightstorm's Return Policy

Our return policy is pretty simple, we want you to be 110% happy with everything you order from our site. If your not happy, we are not happy, it's just that simple. We want your business and return business and will bend over backwards to make your ordering experience as easy and painless as possible.

We figure it like this, why should you be stuck with something you trully are not happy with? Bottom line. If your trully unhappy with any order you receive from us, please let us know via [email protected] and we'll try our best to fix the reason your unhappy with your product from us. If you want a refund, it's pretty simple to do.

First step is to write us and let us know your unhappy with the product or service and why. What could we do to make you happy? Step 2, if your still not happy with our tech support via e-mail or phone, then write us for a return authorization and we'll give you a return ID and mailing address as to where to send back the product.

Once we receive the product, it must be in working order, and all materials must be with the package. There is a 20% restocking fee for the return. Once we authorize your return, we will cut you a money order for the amount of the sale, less shipping and handling costs. Once the money order leaves our site, we are no longer liable for lost or mis-directed mail.

We are sincerely sorry if you are unhappy with a product we have released. We strive to make every package, game or piece of content as professional and useful as possible. If you have a defective CD or need a replacement CD of the package you ordered, just write us at [email protected] and let us know. Please include your mailing address, full name AND ordering name you used to order the product with if different from your full name, order number from when you ordered it and date ordered as well as what the product is so we can ship it out to you fast. Replacement CD's are available for a small $20 fee, and this includes shipping back to you. This price is for any registered product or game you ordered from us, even if it's a 20 year old game you ordered, we'll still make you a replacement copy of it.

Defective CD's are rare as every CD is tested before we mail them, but on occation we can miss something. Defective CD's: Just send us an e-mail to receive a return Authorize code and besure to include your mailing address, full name AND ordering name you used to order the product with if different from your full name, order number from when you ordered it and date ordered as well as what the product is you are returning for an exchange. Once we have that info and the defective CD in our office, we will mail you out a replacement. Please include a SASE to mail the CD back your way when you return the CD to us.
